Hour Hand Clock Kit

The hour-hand clocks were the first design I made and came about after having repaired some wooden gears for many people. Since my background is metal machine shop work, I used my experience to create different gears and mechanical arrangements in beautiful wood.

We believe it makes  clocks more interesting to have the gears in motion and totally exposed to view. There's a definite fascination to see the escapement in action right out in the open. People were intrigued by the clocks at the first one-of-a-kind show I went too, and asked if I could make them in a kit form. This now gives many people the pleasure of making their own clock masterpiece and family heirloom.
